Want to learn how to heal yourself and feel better?
There is a simple techniques to follow that will help anyone to get themselves better.
Here are the steps:
1. Believe that you will get better!! It all starts here. If you believe that you will get better and really want to get better, you will.
If you don’t or if you like staying un-well because it is a way to get attention, for example, you won’t. It’s that simple!
This is a great first step on the journey!
2. If this is chronic problem, immediately stop doing anything that is causing or aggravating the problem. This is just common sense.
Let’s learn more about what you, as a patient, can do to help yourself.
If you are elderly under the care of a doctor, or if you are taking prescribed medications, continue to do whatever your doctor recommends.
This is not about doing anything contrary to your physician’s medical advice and care. This will be your contribution to your own health.
3. What you eat or drink is vitally important, therefore pay attention to your diet and limit or eliminate bad foods like too much sugar, salt, alcohol, meat, fat, etc. that contribute to your poor health.
Remember that what you eat gets transformed into fuel needed to energize your body’s cells. A poor diet can and will cripple their ability to carry out their functions:
Each organ or bodily system is comprised of groups of individualized cells, which have a “cell-mind” or cell intelligence.
You have brain cells, liver cells, nerve cells, muscle cells, lung cells, etc. Each cell group just does one job and that is to maintain and nourish that particular organ. All of these cell groups are fed by the blood supply.
Therefore, it is vitally important to eat the best foods. Your cells need the best fuel to do their job of maintaining and rebuilding the various organs and bodily systems.
4. Drink the best quality of water that you can find, and drink alot of it every day.
Water is the body’s medium of transporting nutrients, a system coolant, and helps to eliminate the waste producs of the system. Drink water, not sugary or synthetically sweetened drinks. This is very important!
5. Start moving around again and get some exercise. Re-acquaint yourself to the feeling of what it it’s like to move about and feel that healthy feeling — again like you experienced when you were a kid.
There is no reason to shut yourself off from feeling healthy by not becoming mobile again.
Remember that it is unnatural to sit too long in one place, whether behind a desk or lounging on a couch watching tv all day, etc.
6. Most importantly, breathe deeply and often. Fill your lungs up, from bottoms to tops. Push your belly out a little as you fill the bottoms and raise your shoulders a little to fill the tops. Then exhale slowly.
We live in a sea of vital energy.
Most people think that we just breathe air, which is mainly oxygen and nitrogen, but this “air” is actually charged with energy, and goes by many names, eg. prana, ki, chi. However you don’t have to be a student of martial arts or yoga to be able to access this energy.
Realize that by breathing deeply, you are in fact energizing your entire body, and therefore, providing this life-giving energy to every cell in your body. The best part is that access to this energy doesn’t cost anything; it’s FREE!
You just have to get it, and you get it most easily by breathing. This is a gift provided by the Creator in its infinite wisdom to keep us alive and well. When you get plenty of it, you’ll a warm glow.
Take advantage of all this free energy in the atmosphere, which is provided by our sun. Notice that the sun is the source of energy for all forms of life on this planet. It feeds the plants, animals, and us humans.
It brings us life force as it radiates through the air that we breathe, naturally energizes the waters, and makes things grow.
Therefore, make a conscious effort to breathe in the sunlight-charged air deeply for a few minutes or more EVERYDAY. Feel it light up your body from the inside, then let it glow outside and radiate health.
Close your eyes and visualize the glowing light, mentally sending the warm glow to the parts of the body that need extra help. This will speed and enhance the healing process, and you will regenerate more quickly.
